  • House Call Grooming Process - Step one

    Booking Your House Call Groom

To get started, contact us via phone, social media, or by filling out the form on our home page. Tell us your dog’s name, breed, age, approximate weight, and any health or behaviour notes (for example, nervous, senior, or first-time groom). We’ll then offer you the next available appointment that suits your schedule.

Please note: we can groom dogs up to 25kg for full grooms and baths. For larger dogs, we’re still happy to visit for nail trims or teeth cleaning only.

  • Step two - Arrival & Set up

On the day of your appointment, we arrive at your home at the agreed time and set up in a small area close to a plug socket. We bring everything we need, so you don’t have to prepare any equipment. First, we introduce ourselves to you and your hound, letting them sniff, explore and settle. We always work at your dog’s pace, taking breaks and going as slowly as needed so they feel safe and relaxed throughout.

  • Step Three - Groom, Tidy & Finish

Your dog enjoys an amazing, salon-quality groom in the comfort of their own home. We use gentle, dog-safe products and take our time to make sure your hound feels calm and secure throughout their bath, dry, brush, and trim. We’ll chat with you about any specific style you’d like, areas to avoid, or sensitivities your dog may have so we can tailor the groom just for them.

Once we’re finished, we clean up as best as we can, leaving the space as tidy as possible. We’ll give you a bin bag with your hound’s hair for you to dispose of, along with the towels we’ve used so you can wash them or hang them to dry.

All you need to provide is:

• A bath or shower
• A small space for me to set up my table close to a plug socket
• A towel to use
• A parking permit, if required
